writing standards

Articles promoting upcoming events receive priority; articles reporting the result of an event or activity may be edited to make room for a promotional article.

When writing an article, use the reverse pyramid:

Essential information: basic who, what, where, when, why and how;
Interesting information: fun facts, anecdotes, quotes from individuals involved in the event or activity; and
Filler information: comical remarks on an individual's abilities or clothing, description of decorations.
