Writing for The Winged M Magazine
Articles promoting upcoming events receive priority; articles reporting the result of an event or activity may be edited to make room for a promotional article.
When writing an article, use the reverse pyramid:
- Essential information: basic who, what, where, when, why and how;
- Interesting information: fun facts, anecdotes, quotes from individuals involved in the event or activity, and
- Filler information: comical remarks on an individual's abilities or clothing, color of napkins and placemats.
